The Company manufactures 11/2" – 2" thick lightweight cement fibre panels from natural fibres. The panels are ideal for housing construction. They are non load bearing 4ft x 8ft panels, used for walling and partitioning in building construction.

The panels are assembled together using specially designed twisted steel hooks and then sprayed with a specially formulated cement mix, which will then harden to form the wall or partition. The process is fast, reduces construction cost and requires minimal labour for installation.

Specially formulated decorative wall panels made predominantly from natural fibres .They are ideal as light diffusers for walls or in as ceiling light diffusers in offices or in residences. The solid type simulates granite or cork and can be used as a cheap alternative on the floor or in the bathroom as floor tiles or on bathroom walls as wall tiles.Various shapes or designs using our natural materials can be made to order.

Landscape & erosion control (ler) mats are made from brown lignified coir fibre. The fibre is extracted from coconut husks which are submerged in fresh water for a period of up to 10 months. During the process known as Retting , the water removes the impurities from the fibre.

The fibre is then spun into single ply yarn before being woven into LER MAT, CODE (LER). Alternatively, the fibre is inserted within Coir or Polypropylene U.V. stabilised netting for extra durability.

Natural fibre ler mat soil control matting is highly versatile and has vast applications in areas of soil control and bio-engineering. It is an environmentally friendly and cost effective solution to soil control. • Open the door lid.
• Make sure the Switch/Dial is in the OFF position.
• Plug the electrical power cord into an appropriate electrical socket installed by our technician.
• Open the Hopper Lid and fill half way with our green energy charcoal. Turn the switch to ON.
  WARNING!! ONLY USE OUR GREEN ENERGY CHARCOAL as these have been specifically manufactured for the equipment.
• Lay aluminium foil on the barbecue tray.
• Place the food to be barbecued on the grill after marinading the food.
• Fill the rest of the hopper to the brim with our coconut charcoal.
• Turn the switch to smoke and within 2 minutes, the green energy charcoal will start smoking and a white grayish smoke will be formed.
• Turn the switch onto High or Medium and leave the food to cook for the recommended time.
